• Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the booking date may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation costs:

• Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date may incur a cancellation fee. The specific fee depends on the proximity to the booking date and the length of the rental period.

3. Refund process:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be initiated within 5-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

4. Cancellations by RacefietsHuur:

• In rare and unforeseen circumstances RacefietsHuur reserves the right to cancel a rental booking. In such cases you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

• RacefietsHuur will make every effort to inform you of the cancellation as soon as possible and to offer alternative options if possible.

5. No-shows and Late Arrivals:

• Failure to collect the rented bicycle on the specified date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

• Late arrivals may incur additional charges, as per the late arrival policy as described in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Extension of the Rental Period:

• If you wish to extend the rental period, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

• Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods.

7. Communication for Cancellations and Changes:

• All cancellation requests, changes and extension requests must be communicated to RacefietsHuur by email to info@racefietshuur.nl .

• Please ensure you include accurate booking details in all communications, including your booking reference number, full name and rental dates.

8. Policy Review and Modification:

• RacefietsHuur reserves the right to review and adjust the cancellation and refund policy if necessary.

• Any updates or changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of change.
