How do I rent a bike from your website?

Choose your preferred city (Utrecht, Amsterdam or Rotterdam), select the duration of your rental, the desired bike and your choice of pedals during the checkout process. After booking, you will need to send one ID via email. You will receive the access details one day before the pick-up date. The bike can be picked up at our secure location, which is open from early in the morning (6:30 am) until late in the evening (22:30 pm).

Kan ik fietsen zonder speciale fietsschoenen? Welke pedalen zijn beschikbaar?

Ja. Je hebt geen speciale fietsschoenen nodig om onze racefietsen te huren. We kunnen gewone platte pedalen monteren, zodat je gewoon met normale sportschoenen kunt fietsen.Heb je wel eigen fietsschoenen? Dan zijn ook SPD, SPD-SL en Look Keo pedalen beschikbaar. Kies tijdens het boeken het pedaalsysteem dat bij jouw schoenen past.Twijfel je welk pedaalsysteem je nodig hebt? Stuur dan een foto van de schoenplaatjes onder je fietsschoenen als antwoord op de bevestigingsmail van je reservering. Wij controleren dan welk pedaalsysteem geschikt is.

How do I get access to the bike after booking?

Accepted Answer

After booking, please send an ID to confirm your reservation. You will receive the access details one day before the pick-up date. Use this code to unlock the bike at the designated location and start your ride. You do not need an app or internet connection to access the location.

What types of bicycles are available for rent?

We offer a varied selection of racing bikes and road bikes from renowned companies such as Trek, Giant and Specialized. All our bikes have aluminium frames, often with carbon forks, to ensure a comfortable and smooth ride

Can I also pick up or return the racing bike early in the morning or late in the evening?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can pick up your racing bike from 6:30 in the morning and return it until 22:30 in the evening. In many cases, pick-up is even possible the evening before your rental period – handy if you want to get going early. This gives you maximum flexibility, without the stress of office hours.

What should I do if I experience problems during my rental period?

Our customer service team is available between 9am and 5pm to answer any concerns or questions via phone call, email or WhatsApp. We are also available until 10pm on WhatsApp for emergencies regarding pick up and drop off.

Welke framemaat racefiets heb ik nodig?

Accepted Answer

Bij iedere fiets staat aangegeven voor welke lichaamslengte de framemaat geschikt is. Kies de maat die het beste bij jouw lengte past.Val je precies tussen twee framematen in? Kies dan in principe voor de kleinere maat. Een iets kleinere racefiets is meestal eenvoudiger goed af te stellen dan een fiets die te groot is.

Wat gebeurt er bij schade, verlies of diefstal?

Tijdens de huurperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor de fiets.Bij schade, verlies of diefstal kunnen kosten in rekening worden gebracht volgens onze Algemene Voorwaarden. Kan ik zelf het zadel hoger of lager zetten? Hoe stel ik de racefiets af?

De belangrijkste aanpassing is de zadelhoogte. Deze kun je eenvoudig aanpassen aan jouw lichaamslengte.Bij veel fietsen kan dit met een snelspanner of zadelpenklem. Zorg ervoor dat het zadel stevig vastzit voordat je gaat fietsen.Maak geen andere grote aanpassingen aan de fiets zonder voorafgaande toestemming.
